Villa Nerina situated near the beach, is a remarkable modern villa that will leave little to be desired. The villa features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. Large windows as well as balcony doors make sure that a lot of natural lightning comes through. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area that is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom. The other tree bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all equipped with a double bed, TV and A/C unit. One of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers around the pool for relaxation, a dinning area and the BBQ where you can let your inner chef shine and prepare delicious meals for friends and family. All amenities are at walking distance from the villa.

    Villa Nerina is a beautiful villa with a private pool located in Šišan. Šišan is located 9 km away from Pula. Pula is one of the most visited cities in Istria, which is known for its amphitheater where the "Pula Film Festival" or "film under the stars" is held every summer. Although Šišan is located a little outside the city, it has a lot to offer, such as beautiful beaches only a few kilometers from the villa. Monte Madonna in Šišan, a location that is worth visiting, secured the main war port in Pula and the Svetice fortress was later used by the Croatian, Italian, German and Yugoslav armies. The small fishing town of Medulin, which has developed into a real tourist destination in recent years, is only a few kilometers away and should definitely be visited if you are a fan of nightclubs and beach bars on beautiful sandy beaches.     Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und komplett umzäunt, sodass man auch gerne seinen Hund mitnehmen kann. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen!

    Wir waren 2 Wochen im Juli 23 in der Villa. Es war super. Die Villa ist sehr modern und liebevoll gebaut und gerichtet . Es war super sauber und alles wie neu. Die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls mit viel Liebe und Geschmack angelegt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und extrem zuvorkommend. Jegliche Hilfe wird sofort angeboten und gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit .
