This non customary villa Mojito is placed in the romantic charming town of Rovinj. The villa is completely, unlike most others villas, immersed in green and surrounded by nature as well as only 100 m from the sea (air distance). You can go by walk to the sea. This luxury villa in Rovinj offers a high level of privacy and it can accommodate 12 guests in 6 large bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and some of them a direct access to the pool. The living area is very spacious and luxury furnished. Parking area is very spacious and can also handle a few natural shades parking lots.

The unique Villa Mojito has an absolute harmony of nature and modernity as it rounds out the story of the charming town of Rovinj.
Once a rather poor fishing village, Rovinj has developed into the pearl of the northern Adriatic. The romantic city of Rovinj is reminiscent in many details of Venice on the opposite Adriatic coast. The streets leading to the top of the hill on which the patron saint of the city, St. Euphemia, is at the top of the church tower, offer incredible motifs for photographs every few steps. Celebrations, various events, festivals and concerts are held almost daily during the summer months. In spring or autumn you have the city almost for yourself and the locals, who also go on a weekend trip to Rovinj. On the one-kilometer promenade you can book a boat trip in the direction of Poreč or in the opposite direction from Pula or the Brijuni National Park.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und für 12 Personen wirklich ausreichend. In der Küche war alles vorhanden . Top die vielen Kühlschränke. Besonders der große Pool und die vielen Sitz bzw Liegemöglichkeitenl haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier konnte man mit lauter Musik auch lange feiern, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Leider gab es in der Küche sehr viele Ameisen(kamen aus dem Dielenboden) und die Außenbeleuchtung bzw Pool Beleuchtung ging nicht. Leider muss man aus dem Fenster klettern um in die Gartenanlage zu kommen(.Oder außen rum gehen.) Hier würden ein paar Stufen Abhilfe schaffen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Es war rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub und das Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Pool super, prima zum Bahnenschwimmen. Das Haus etwas abgelegen , zuweit weg von Rovinj, dafür aber ruhig. Ringsherum 3 rRestaurants. Ameisenplage war lästig, Kinderrutsche und Volleyballplatz nicht bespielbar. Schade, dass es keinen Ausgang von der Küche/Wohnbereich gab, man musste über das Fenster hinaus auf die Terasse oder außen herumgehen. Terrasse nicht überdacht, bei Regen war das schade, da mussten wir im Wohnzimmer ausharren!
