Beautiful new villa Seve
This beautiful new villa is located near Medulin. The villa is located in the village Ševe. Ševe is only 5 minutes from the center of Pula and 5 minutes from the center of Medulin. The property is in a beautiful, quiet location allowing for complete peace and privacy. Outside you will find a beautiful walled and gated garden with a nice fine pool. Barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area are at your disposal. On the veranda there is some nice lounge furniture for a morning coup coffee. The interiors were beautifully decorated and are flooded with light to the garden / pool area. On one floor is the living room with couch, the kitchen with dining area, as well as the bathroom and a bedroom. It is ideal for small children or elderly people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor.
In the garden there is also a swimming pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, an outdoor shower, children's playground, parasols and a barbecue.Also, in June and July, we offer a complimentary offer - enjoy a free boat trip from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm with swimming available, valid in June for a minimum stay of 7 days and in July for a minimum stay of 10 days.* If you arrive with an electric car, you pay € 20 per charging day

Beautiful beaches and coves are only a few kilometers from the city center.

Casa fantastica e in buone condizioni, situata tra Pola e Medolino è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere facilmente le due città, i supermercati e le varie spiagge turistiche. Andrej, l'host, è molto disponibile e amichevole. Durante il nostro soggiorno si è reso sempre pronto riguardo ad ogni richiesta e domanda riguardo i dintorni. Un gruppo di ragazzi ha passato bene la loro vacanza qua

Die Villa lag abgelegen und etwas versteckt. Das Haus macht einen mordernen Eindruck und ist sauber. In der Küche ist alles Vorhanden Kaffeekocher, Gasherd, Spülmaschine und ein Kühlschrank. Pula und Medulin sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-10 min zu erreichen , genau so wie die Supermärkte und der tägliche Markt in Pula. Die Vermieter waren außerst nett und freundlich. Kleine abzüge sind leider die streunenden Hunde die aber in Kroatien vorkommen und die Straße zu dem Anwesen das eine Schotterstraße ist. Ansonsten eine Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der man sein Urlaub geniesen kann.
