Villa Mako is a newly built luxury villa in a quiet suburb of Pula (Šikići), only 3 km from the stunning beaches and the city center. This beautiful villa has a plot of 750m2 with a fully fenced garden and a large private parking space within the property. In the garden you can enjoy a large pool of 50 m2 with an amazing jacuzzi of an additional 12 m2. There is also a large dining room with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. The house has more than 200m2 with a large living room with direct access to the pool. The ground floor has an open living room with dining table and kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and a large bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the pool, and there is also a large double bed and a single bed. Upstairs are two bedrooms, also with private bathroom. All bedrooms have a terrace, air conditioning and TV. Villa Mako is ideal for two to three families or groups who want to be near the center of Pula and the beach, but also in a quiet place away from the chaotic city.Younger groups are not allowed.

    GREENGARDEN KARTING TRACK

    In the fun Green garden center, you cane rent a go kart vehicles. Green garden Pula is the best Croatian karting track opened in 1997. The track is homologated for holding European competitions and is 1002 m long and 7-8 m wide, which meets the strictest safety rules of karting. In the center there is a karting track for youngest visitors aged 3+, whose first contact with karting will be completely safe and independent compared to other drivers with more experience.

    Villa ist wunderschön und sehr sauber Hat alles erfüllt was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Eine kleine Sache gab es, der Strand ist weiter weck wie in der Beschreibung. Sicher 6-7km mit dem Auto

    Wir waren im September 2021 für 3 Wochen in Villa Mako. Die Villa ist sehr schön, modern und es fehlte uns an nichts, alles wie im Angebot beschrieben. Pula,Medulin,Banjole, Kap Kamanjak alles in 5-10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit unserem Hund und sagen Danke an die Gastgeber und auch an die Agentur wiiBuk das alles so super gelaufen ist. Bis Bald!

    Alles gut. Vermieter sehr nett. Restaurants und Geschäft in der Nähe. Entfernung zum Strand stimmt leider nicht. Etwas weiter als angegeben.
