New luxurious villa Sandra with private pool in Medulin, only 900 from the sea Surrounded by green vegetation, the new luxury villa Sandra in Medulin is the ideal choice for you. The courtyard extends over 1300 square meters with a spacious 180 square meter villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The villa is on a very quiet place and is very well connected to the center. To the main beach next to restaurants, bars, promenade you can reach 6-7 minutes with an easy walk. The beach is 900m from the villa. The villa has 4 beautifully furnished rooms with 4 private bathrooms, each with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection and access to the pool. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and an exit to the garden in the pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols as well as BBQ. The villa also offers private parking.     Exklusiv ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus, jedoch erkennt man, vor allem in den Duschen, dass es schon länger vermietet wird. Nichts desto trotz war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist groß genug, um Spaß zu haben und die Beleuchtung am Abend lässt ihn in den verschiedensten Farben erstrahlen.

    Villa Sandra hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es gäbe aber einige Details, die repariert oder verbessert werden müssten, hier informieren wir gerne WIIBUK direkt auf Anfrage per eMail. Auf jeden Fall fehlen blickdichte Vorhänge an den zur Straßenseite ausgerichteten großen Fensterflächen. Hier fühlt man sich Tag und Nacht beobachtet und genau gegenüber wird nun eine weitere Ferienvilla fertiggstellt. Es wird also Zeit, blickdichte Vorhänge anzubringen. Villa Sandra hat uns wirklich gefallen, Zoran als Mitarbeiter von WIIBUK war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bei Übergabe und Abnahme des Objekts. Ja, wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Sehr schönes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Duschen sind etwas gewöhungsbedürftig und normale Duschen fänden wir besser. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
