This luxury Villa Fjolla with pool in Labin its nearly 200 m2 divided on two floors and 4 bedrooms. This beautiful house can accommodate 8 persons. Outside, there is a private pool with sun beds, outdoor dining area with barbecue and enough space on the green lawn with an amazing view on a green nature.
Entering this modern but charming villa, you will find a fully-equipped modern kitchen with dining table and an open living room with satellite TV. The first double bedroom with its own bathroom is situated on the ground floor, as well as an extra toilet for guests. The first floor features three double bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms has one bathroom in common. There is a private parking inside the plot. The villa is completed fenced by walls. Outside there is also a children playground. The house Fjolla is 1km away with local groceries, restaurants, etc. The beach is 4 km away and interesting cultural and historical destinations can be found in the surrounding area.

The villa is just 1 km from the city of Labin with shops, restaurants, etc. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance between peacefulness away from the city rush and crowds. The beach is just 4 km away with excellent roads with a lot to offer, within a short drive. Labin is a medieval town situated on a hill above Rabac. Many artists became inspired by the town's old charm and opened their own art galleries on the old stone streets. Due to its natural beauty and feeling of a small fisher town, stunning bays and crystal-clear sea, Rabac is sometimes referred as the “The Istrien Monte Carlo”. Besides the cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastro experience, well known in this part of Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of the Mediterranean home-made cuisine. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana. A car is recommended.

Tolle gepflegte Villa - nahegelegen zur Altstadt Labins Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Alle Zimmer klimatisiert würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Strande sind so wunderbar!! Girandella war soo schönnn, wir haben es so sehr genossen......... wir wollen zurück :( und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nächstes Sommer! So ein Traumdorf danke für alles

Das Haus war frisch gereinigt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles wirkt sehr neu. Wenn man Probleme hatte wie zB mit der Klimaanlage, kam sofort jemand vorbei und hat einem geholfen und die Funktionen erklärt. Gut wäre eventuell noch ein grosser Sonnenschirm, da der gesamte Aussenbereich den ganzen Tag in der prallen Sonne ist. Wir würden das Haus direkt wieder buchen und können es nur weiter empfehlen.
