Welcome to Luxury Villa AnderSea & Fun with Pool, a villa located just 50m away from the beach. Near the villa is the most important Croatian port, the port of the city of RijekaThe luxury modern designed Villa Ander with Pool stands out for its modern architecture and stunning sea view from the terrace, living room and bedrooms. The entire ground floor is illuminated by daylight thanks to the huge glass windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two dinning tables for 8 people. One table is located in the living room and one on the covered terrace where is the grill. The living room of the villa has two comfortable four-seaters and stools.If you have a baby the Baby cot and the baby chair are available. On the first floor are located the bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in earth tones. There is one seaview bedroom with amazing terrace and the other three bedrooms has a greenery view. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and two have a private bathroom with shower.The outdoor heated swimming pool is amazing, there is an outdoor shower, 8 deckchairs, and towels for the pool. The high quality garden furniture make your relax time even more peaceful.
